Federal-Provincial-Territorial (f-p-t) Working Group on Access to Justice in Both Official Languages


Mandate

The mandate is:
  • To examine any barriers and possible solutions to access to justice in both official languages;
  • To take into consideration the Environmental Scan : Access to Justice in Both Official Languages and other studies on access to justice in both official languages;
  • To exchange information on the best practices and initiatives in place in each of the jurisdictions; and
  • Draw the attention of the deputy ministers of Justice to issues related to access to justice in both official languages.
