As part of a broader discussion designed to address the participation of children in the separation and/or divorce process, the purpose of this review is to focus on a relatively new and controversial aspect of the family justice system, namely child-inclusive separation, divorce and custody mediation and other child-inclusive separation, divorce and custody alternative dispute resolution approaches.
